Certain products, including the Octa V1, may be offered as pre-orders.
Estimated shipping dates are provided for informational purposes only and may change due to manufacturing, logistics, supplier delays, customs processing, quality control procedures, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers may cancel a pre-order and receive a full refund at any time before the order has shipped by contacting info@olicus.tech.
If a pre-order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated shipping window, customers may request a cancellation and refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

SECTION 10 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Our store is powered by Shopify.
All purchases are made directly with Olicus Technology & Gaming AB, not Shopify.
Shopify is not responsible for products sold through this store, fulfillment, warranties, customer support or disputes relating to purchases made through Olicus.
